Hey Guys I’m looking to buy rehab and sell any pointers

First I want to say there’s so much more to this then I thought, but I’m ready. I have a few things in mind but I’m very open to suggestions. Where should I start?  what route to take and some do’s and do nots. I also have a question, I want to buy rehab and sell homes should I take the real estate class or the brokers class. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
