How to get owner information on condemned property?

Hello BP forum members! As I was driving to the gym in my hometown of Ontario CA, I drove by a house that looked condemned. Just recently (last week) there were renters in there, hoarder type people, that always had junk all over the driveway and in the garage. Looks like the city may have kicked them out because now there are boards on a few windows and the signs posted say not to enter the establishment. I found the owner on county records and looks like she was deceased about two weeks ago. My question is how can I go about fining out who has the title? Do I need to pay for probate information? Is there anything I may be missing? Any information I am grateful for! Thank you
