Does anyone ever took time to learn how to detect and treat termites on the DYI basis?
Amazon sells termite bait stations as well as Termidor.

I don't see the reason to pay from $100/year (small pest control company) to $30/month (Terminix) to someone who will visit annually and check on sticks in the ground.
