Hey BP, I’m in the process of filtering the tax lien list and vacant property list in my city. After skip tracing a couple I’ve found deceased property owners. What are some tactics for converting these leads of deceased. I’ve skip traced a couple and left voicemails with a family member. I don’t think direct mail is worth my marketing dollars for deceased owners. I think filtering the tax list is worth it. I have a home run deal thats on that list but I wasnt specificially marketing to the tax lIst. I’m thinking about adding probate leads to my marketing campaign just to by pass filtering this list.
