Hello, I live in the Tampa Bay Area and would like to start flipping homes. I have a pretty good idea on strategies to use but I am looking for a mentor so that I can get some guidance and a good understanding of what I need to do to be successful in this industry. I am also open to any tips or suggestions for someone just fretting started.
