They offer 1st home buyer deals in MD, and I was wondering if it’d be a good idea to purchase a home with this deal and try to flip it. Make a well thought out plan and execute it. I’ve never purchased a home but would love some feedback. I do have some construction background so i wouls make some of the improvements. Thanks
