New home flipper in Florida
I am a realtor and investor in Lake Worth Florida. I have a few properties that I bought during the housing slide that I had to hold onto and rent. I have a small amount of monthly cash flow on these properties but would like to start flipping homes. I have cash available just not sure how to get started. I was thinking the foreclosure auctions offer the best deals but I worry about getting a house with major problems. Any help you all could give would be greatly appreciated.
