Hi everyone, I hope this message finds you all well! I’ve been “lurking” on this wonderful blog for two years now, when my interest in real estate investing started. After a year of searching, researching, making offers, visiting properties, getting out of a bad deal, meeting professionals in the field, finding capital, building a team and gaining a host of mentors, I am excited and no longer fearful to say, ...
