Hello my name is Cody Farmer. I am currently trying to enter the flip house and whole market. I am looking for a company that I do not have have to pay to start with and that is 100% legit. I recently had my go around with Do Hard Money but am Leary on putting up my hard earned 3k. I have been a residential carpenter for 9 years. Any advice would be nice. Thanks in advance, Cody Farmer
