FHA loan for flip in 90-120 days
I want to purchase a home using an FHA loan so I only have to put 3.5% down. I plan on immediately renovating and selling within 90-120 days. I know that FHA requires you to live in it, but I own my own business (aside from real estate) and can be "re-located" out of state.
Since I know that I will have to move for work within 90-120 days, can I purchase the house on FHA loan w/ 3.5% down, renovate it using my own cash (while occupying) and then sell it after 90 days if I have letterhead from employer that I have been re-located out of state?
