Oh Joy!!
The best I can tell I will be replacing a shower pan because the subfloor is rotten. The joice look good however.
Any one have any experience with the "Tile Ready" pans?
Any one had any luck replacing only the bottom few rows of tile along with the floor in this perdicament?

Both can be done. I would make my own pan. If it is a standard size and in a rental use one of those ABS plastic pans.
