outdoor reset vs. intellicon

I was wondering if anyone has some experience and feedback concerning the intellicon hw+ and also outdoor resets. I just had 2 intellicons installed as part of a rebate program so i'm anxious to hear if anyone has had good luck saving oil with these. Also, I've heard outdoor resets can save even more $$$ but htat they can be too complex for multi unit buildings, especially larger than 2 units.
