Code issues and electric heat
I am currently looking at a HUD property which has a shower addition to a half bath to make it a 3/4. The shower is not up to code as the entrance is too close to the wall. If I do a fix and flip on the place do you think this will be an issue? Will the retail buyer ask that this be brought up to code? Will FHA financing from the end buyer require this to be fixed?
I also am wondering if anyone has an opinion on baseboard electric heat in rehabs? Is this extremely undesirable to the end buyer, or is it not really a deal breaker?
