Newbie Advice for Looking at Properties
Dear BiggerPockets
I'm a newbie to real estate and I've heard that the experience of seeing real estate for yourself is priceless. I plan on going out and looking at 50-100 properties because I heard going out there and being familiar with your market is the best way. How could I do that and what are things I should pay attention to going through these properties? I don't want to miss a detail going through all of these properties that could be essential to future real estate deals.
Best Regards,
Brian Tran
