Locating contacts for off market property
Hey everyone -
I live in a new development and the area around me is blowing up with expansion. I drive by two properties everyday that stick out like sore thumbs and it’s evident nobody lives in either one.
I finally stopped to take a look around and one of the two houses has a ton of potential. The other house is in rough shape.
I looked up the address on the accessor site and turns out the husband passed away in 2013 and the wife just passed away in April 2018. However she was living in another house in the area so no telling when these properties were last occupied.
Thoughts on trackIng down a contact for these properties?
