Hey Guys! My name is Darren! I am 23 from Philadelphia. I have been interested in real estate investing for about a year. Along with my partner. I am more of the money smarts in this and he is more so the labor. We believe that we are both ready as a team to take further steps and possibly go forth in looking for a first deal.
