Tip for all you rehabbers out there.

My Pro Account Rep emailed last month. If you belong to any investor association that is a member of NEIRA you get an additional 2% rebate on all your pro spending. This is in addition to the pro pricing and the quarterly gift certificates. I am pretty sure it is a check and not in gift cards.
