Flipping Rehabbing House Floor Plan Adjustments

Hi, I'm in the middle of purchasing my first flip and need to adjust the floor plan and I'm looking for any suggestions on software or even outsourcing, because of timeline. Any help would be appreciated.  Also interested in any suggestions that, I and others could benefit from, regarding floor plan adjustments that others have done that you have found profitable/marketable and cost effective as well as total disaster stories on what not to do. Let's learn together!
