cabinet ends

The ends (sides) of my kitchen cabinets have seen much better days. These are the light oak, probably mass produced 15 or so years ago, installed in the tract homes in my subdivision, and probably thousands of others.
Are just those panels available? All I need are the right and left end pieces. Is HD or Lowes likely to have them, or where might I find them?
Or, is there a better way to replace them to match the rest?
Thanks
