Where may I find a good template and/or sample of an agreement to use with rehab contractor? What are some of the key provisions I should make sure are there? What’s the best way to handle the upfront money when the contractor says he needs $$ to buy materials? Do you recommend buying materials yourself vs. letting contractor do turnkey?
