What are rehabber's ideally looking for?
Im finding lots of FSBO properties that need work with some that will carry a owner contract and would like to pick up the contract and sell to a rehabber.
But I want to make sure that I can give the rehabber as much info as possible on the property and make it as quick and painless for both parties.
So if someone was offering you a home in need of rehab, what would you ideally want from them?

Good comps. Good repair estimates. Good profit margins.
Never have I had a wholesaler offer me all three.
