Newbie Rehabber Seeks Advice

Just reaching for advice on a property I acquired out of state (FL). It was a rental. Tenants destroyed the place and now I need to remodel/rehab somethings. This will be my first rehab and I do not have the capital yet, but I am contacting GCs in Florida to hear what they offer any. Any advice for a newbie rehabbed?

I would try to find someone local to be your eyes and ears. A GC can spend a lot of your money when you aren't there to oversee them. Maybe try to partner with someone from that area. They may be able to bring the needed funds as well.

Good Luck
