How to find a skilled and experienced deal finder - agent to find deals and make cash offers in or around Jacksonville, Florida area ? I 'm ready to make my cash offers, however all agents I call are either newbies or simply don't believe it is possible to go much lower on the asking price. Should I offer to pay a bonus to a great agent to find me a great deal? Do you know anyone who has a great system for finding great deals  ?
