Flipping in New Jersey

Good day, I’ve been following BP for a few years through the podcast but just a few months ago made an account.

I currently live in Fairview, NJ and I’m looking into the sheriffs auctions to buy a property, rehab and sell. 

I have some cash to fund most of the project depending on pricing but I’m hoping to use a hard money lender.

I just wanted to hear seasoned investors opinions and maybe if there are any wholesalers in the area I can connect with. 

I’ve also looked for Meetups in my area but they’re all either in nyc or south jersey.

I’m in north jersey.
