Lowes Drywall Settlement-

Anyone see this printed on the bottom of lowes reciepts? Our lowes just added it to there reciepts today or yesterday, I'm guessing it has to do with Chnese drywall stuff, which I havent heard much about lately.
"Lowes has settled a lawsuit alleging that certain drywall purchased from Lowe's was defective and causes property damage and/or personal injury. Lowe's denies all of these claims. You are included in the Class if you have or had allegedly defective drywall that was purchased from lowes anytime before 7/27/10.

Clss members may recieve from $50 to $4500 in Lowe's gift cards and cash. To get a payment, you must submit a claim form by 5/18/2011.

It says a little more including the hearing info and gives a website of www.drywallsettlement.info for more information.

With the dates being so recent, it seems unlikely that it'd be related to the chinese drywall of the 2005ish time frame, any one have more info or have defective drywall from lowes!?
