Tell me about Great Falls, Montana...
I am English and live in Montana. Full disclosure to my 'lack of local knowledge'...
I live in Bozeman and wonder about Great Falls. To me, it looks similar to the Butte market (but a little further for me to travel to from Bozeman).
Does anyone have any perspective from a 'buy n hold/rehab/BRRRR' approach? I would be interested in chatting with people in Montana. I have few contacts, but not in the areas I will next invest in.
