Question about selling your properties
When you sell your single family homes. Do you get the money after selling? Or does the bank get the majority? I’m trying to understand this selling process when selling your home. I’m a newbie so don’t throw shade please :)

Any liens (mortgage debt, back taxes, utilities, etc) get paid first. Then you get whatever is left over.
