What did you offer in the beginning of your flipping partnership?

Hello! For those of you who have been successful flippers, how did you start? I’m curious because I have about $50k saved up but I don’t see it being enough to start buying rentals in the Northern VA/DC/MD area. I’d like to partner up with a successful flipper but what the heck could I offer them? Do you believe $50k would even help close a deal? What would be reasonable to expect in return for the money? I’m sure there are some of you who aren’t too handy (like me). So what could you contribute to a flipping partnership? Any suggestions (crazy or reasonable) would be awesome. Thanks!
