Attention Fix n Flippers, I know you’re not a CPA. Let’s get that out of the way. But in your experience what is your preferred entity to use for your fix n flips and how do you choose to have them taxed as, and why? For example: Entity: LLC taxed as: an S-Corp because: Thanks all!
