Hello everyone! My name is Sherman Kaopua, I’m a Hilo, Hawaii native but now residing in Tricities, WA and I’be been on BP for a while just learning and going through forums, and now I’ve got my first deal! I’ve acquired my first property (through a family friend so it was a steal) it’s located in Hilo and I’ve got a lot ahead of me as far as rehabbing it. If any investors or contractors on the East side of the big Island have any time to chat about it and answer some questions I have, I’d be really appreciative and would love to help bring you some value in any way that I can! Thank you everyone for your time! Aloha Sherman
