Hello everyone! My name is Sherman Kaopua, I’m a Hilo, Hawaii native but now residing in Tricities, WA and I’be been on BP for a while just learning and going through forums, and now I’ve got my first deal! I’ve acquired my first property (through a family friend so it was a steal) it’s located in Hilo and I’ve got a lot ahead of me as far as rehabbing it.
