Any recommendations for small kitchen flooring area? Looking at tile vs. laminate wood flooring. Thanks!

    Just did the Lifeproof LVT from HD in our rental....went with the thicker version etc...$2.79 sq ft..... water proof and very sturdy. As stated above...yes you can score and "snap" it but its a huge PITA and will take a ton of time if you have a lot of cuts. I used a chop and table saw...way quicker.

    If the area is small, tile would be a great choice too......

    No way I would put laminate or carpet in a rental....
