Finding An Architect/Designer

Hey Everyone,

I am contemplating a rehab/new construction project and I am wondering how you all found the architect/designer for your project? To give you a little more context, I want to either find an existing duplex/triplex/fourplex and renovate it and make it a high end rental for my girlfriend and I to owner occupy.

If any of you have worked with a great multifamily architect/designer I would HIGHLY appreciate any recommendations! Thanks!
