what's a good asking price?

Hello group I have a deal on a duplex and wondering if the group can help me to figure out an asking price for this deal to make it no money down out of my pocket and money for rehab. Duplex: $129,900 Bridge Loan: 12 mnths, fixed rate/interest only Loan up to 90% of the purchase price. And up to 100% on the rehab. But Not to exceed 75% of the as-is-value?
