Fix and Flip Financials in the Phoenix, Arizona Market
Hi all,
I'm gathering current and relevant data on what the numbers are looking like for fix and flip investors here in the Phoenix Metro area. Anything in the East Valley would be preferred. You don't have to get too specific, but if you could include the pre-repair value (or purchase price), total rehab cost, holding costs, and actual sales price, that would be much appreciated! Single family residential properties only.
The purpose is to gather relevant data on the Phoenix real estate market for a school project, and for data analysis on the ROI's you all are currently seeing here. Also, if you've done more than one flip in the past 12 months, please share them all!
