Selling plantation blinds Utah

How do I sell plantation blinds, cabinets, ceiling fans, doors, and other items currently installed where I live? 

The owner is tearing down the house before Thanksgiving and says I need to sell all the contents inside.  Are there flippers or people remodeling that would buy this?

You can post it on KSL.com and facebook yard salesand people will come.  Why is he tearing it down?
