Help with finding deals and investment opportunities

Hey BP family,

I'm currently in the market to purchase an investment property to flip. I had recently purchased my first during the beginning of 2017. I learned a lot from from the renovation but I still have a lot to learn when it comes to the numbers. 

Just wondering if I could get some advice on the best way to find the deals. I feel like that's the hardest part for me at the moment.

I currently have a 90k HELOC and 30k in my own funds.

Any advice on locating properties or other ways to invest would be greatly appreciated.
