Mold and Investors Video
I recently got together with a friend and did a short video on understanding mold. She's an inspector out of San Diego and she had two great houses.
The first house was an REO where the REO agent was concerned about "discoloration" and the other was actually going through remediation. It's a topic I didn't know much about and wanted to learn more.
Hope you enjoy.
