Another Buy, Fix & Flip Urban Bungalow in Houston!

Purchased this one for $89k with a $60k Rehab $249k ARV and as with most rehabs it's taking longer and costing more...
Besides that due to Hurricane Harvey and an already tight sub-market I am happy to say it looks like our ARV may be inching up over the 
next month or so which is GRRRREAT! LOL 

This originally started out as a 1 1/2 bedroom 1 bath home and we added about 360 sq ft morphing her into a 4 bedroom 2 bath 
bungalow! Of course she will get all the latest WOW factors plus a few Joanna Gaines goodies like exposed lapboard, sliding barn 
doors and some a gourmet kitchen! At some point we are going to begin doing more Buy & Hold plays on deals like this but in the 
interim we're gonna Let 'Er Flip...
