Can I use my 401k to start in Real Estate investing?

Hello all, I've been listening to a bunch of Bigger Pockets podcasts, and read a couple of books in real estate, I have 50k on my 401k that I want to invest on my first flip (first need to find a good deal), can someone provide advice on what is the best real estate strategy to use my 401k money so I can start? Also I live in Fort Worth Texas, how can I find a mentor to shadow so I can learn the process on flipping houses.
