Investors Need for California Bay Area market

Hello in the near future (before November 2017) I will earn my California Real Estate license. I would like to utilize my license more for than commission. I would like to flip property.

I looking to start NOW full time with Real Estate investing. I have time, knowledge (love to learn more), a great contractor and willpower.

My targeted market to start out is the Bay Area subdivisions; Richmond, Fairfield, Vacaville and Oakland.

I need investors
