What percentage to put down to put a house under contract?
Hi, we just got accepted offer for our rehab, do you normally put down 10% if so under what conditions to state in the contract?

If you're the buyer, you should try to put down as little as possible to get the deal. If you're the seller, you should try to get as much as possible from the buyer.
