Rehabbing a Historic House
Hi Fellow Rehabbers,
I just started the rehab of my first Historic Home. So far we've gone in front of the Historic Society and presented our rehab plans. They have approved our work and issued our building permit. Demo will be starting Monday.
Anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to properly tackle one of these old beauties?
I usually stay away from them because of the horror stories I've heard about working with the Historic comittee, but I couldn't pass up on this one because the bank was practically giving it away! :D
