Hey Nashville Investors and Builder's

This market is still hotter than our chicken.

Rehabs are hot and frequent if you know where to look. 
We have been pulling out around 3-7 deals for my list of investors. 

I have heard new builds are stacking up in inventory.
East Nashville I have heard there's 6 months ++ of inventory. 
Nations i.e. "HPR city" gets lots of attention from rentors and Airbnb guests.


Where else are you looking?
