What orde should I complete my renovation?

Hi Everyone,

I recently purchased by first investment property and it is going to be a piece of work! I am going to be basically rehabbing everything including electrical and plumbing.  My concern is I do not want to fix one thing then discover that i should have done another party of the rehab first.

Ex. installing drywall then learning that I need to cut the drywall in order to complete the electrical wiring.

So, my question is does anyone have a certain order that they complete their rehabs? or Can you recommend certain things that should be done first to avoid doing double work?

Thanks in advance for the advise, it is greatly appreciated.

The BiggerPockets Flipping book has about 25 pages devoted to rehab scheduling, including discussions of dependencies, time frames, rules of thumb for scheduling, etc...
