Split Plumbing and Electrical for Multiple Units

I just acquired a 12-acre property in a rural area of Ohio. There are no building codes, permits, or zoning in the county.

The property came with an existing renter who is renting approximately a half acre lot and a house that needs demolished. The mobile home has its own 200 amp electric and septic, but uses the same well as the house. The house has 100 amp electric run off its own pole, its own septic, and powers the well pump and pressure tank.

What I would like to do is tear down the house and replace it with two smaller cabins (there are two separate concrete foundations that I want to utilize), each with their own electric, but the same septic system. I don't know what to do about the well pump and pressure tank, as they are shared. There's also about 1000 feet between the mobile home and where the house is, with the well in the middle, slightly closer to the house.

I'm just not sure what the best/least expensive way to set up the utilities would be, while limiting disruption to the mobile home renter's water.
