Managing the rehab process

We usually have 10-15 or so SFH projects running simultaniously in various stages of A - B - C. So I am constantly managing the "cycle" of property purchase, rehab, and resale. We use an online database called QuickBase as a general management tool and that seems to work well for us. However, the rehab portion of the process is offline and consists of pretty much a series of Excel worksheets and pdf quotes from various GC's.
I was wondering what other rehabbers are using to manage the rehab estimate, quoting, project management, and fullfillment process. I have looked at some software packages, but never really found anything that clicked. Interested on what you are all using and what makes the best business sence. Thanks.
Greg
