Fix and Flip MA area looking for insight

BP,

I'm reaching out to anyone thats in the business of fix and flipping in the MA area, specifically South Shore MA. I've recently been studying the art of fixing and flipping houses, reading "Flip", by Rick Villani and Clay Davis and I'm currently reading, Bigger Pockets, "The Book on Flipping Houses". As I would not consider myself a very skilled craftsman, I was looking to see if anyone in the South Shore MA area had any recommendations on General Contractors that specialize in Fix and Flips.

Another question I had was the money situation. I will have some capital behind me, but will be looking for additional funds and have since been reaching out to private money lenders. As someone attempting to get into the fix and flip game I was curious to see as a first time flipper if someone would recommend seeking a HML or attempting to acquire a 203K Rehab Loan, living in the property for a year.

I have so many questions, but just wanted to put out the feelers in hopes to speak with some flippers in the area to get some insight. I'm also willing to help anyone in need of some free labor as i'm looking to obtain further knowledge of the flipping game by any means necessary. Any information would be great thanks!!
