Hello,

I am trying to get back into RE investing after about a 10 year hiatus. I've done 10+ deals in the past and have used HM lenders to finance some of the purchases. I have contacted all of the HM lenders here on BP and have gotten absolutely ZERO response. Does anybody know of some that are located in WA State? I guess they don't have to be in my state to fund if the deal is right. Am I right or am I wrong?
