Comprehensive Insurance for a property flip

Hello,  I'm curious if it is worth it to also get comprehensive insurance on top of dwelling insurance & premise liability insurance for a property flip? Is this needed?

@Sarah Minihane you would be duplicating coverage.  Just make sure the dwelling insurance you are getting is correctly underwriter for flipping.  A standard rental dwelling policy will have limitations for coverage for the renovations and vacancy period.
